Luke Ryan is currently in his first year as an assistant coach with Indiana University Swimming and Diving.  Prior to IU, Luke was a part of two Big-10 Championship programs with Penn State Football and Ohio State University Women's Swimming and Diving.  Luke discusses how creating relationships and seizing opportunities has allowed him to quickly accelerate his success in his young career.
