5 Tips to Disconnect (14:38)
Track Your Cell Phone Usage. (If you have apple go into your settings and you will see "Screen Time". For Android users its several apps you can download that will allow you to see how long and what type of apps you use and how frequently.
Look At WHAT apps are you using and how long.
Analyze The Time of each app being used. (Are these apps helping me, educating me, or keeping me from growing and learning on a regular basis.
Log off social media platforms instead of just closing the page. Logging off will help your from being controlled/triggered to reply to everything on your phone if you aren't getting constant notifications.
Read HARD COVER books and take notes with Pen/Pencil on actual paper. (This will help with committing things to your memory.)

• In Miami a young person is said to have committed suicide by hanging while on Facebook Live,

• Russian teenagers reportedly committed suicide as part of a social media game.
• Also it was reported someone young in Mumbai committed suicide by jumping off the Taj Hotel while streaming on Facebook Live.
This stuff is serious and raising children as well as growing up in a world so heavily influenced and dependant of social media and other devices.... We have to be aware and make changes!
