It's time for a break, can someone say lunch please! One of the most important meetings you can take is with food and possible company during the work hours. Everyone should be taking advantage of this opportunity to address their hungry for physical and mental substance. When we talked about personal health, we didn't indulge enough on this portion, now we can chew it thoroughly and properly.
