Due to time constraints (some would say lack of preparation on my part), the only way I could record this episode was while on hold with Delta Freaking Airlines... it was a mess!

I was just going to record it when I was done talking to Delta, cuz like an idiot I thought it would only take 20 minutes. After 4 hours I said enough waiting and just went for it!
