In today's Lunch & Learn we are going to take a look at what Coach Saban means by "It Takes What It Takes" as it relates to making or breaking you & your athletes career. As much as I agree with coach Saban on this with regard to athletes I also have a different perspective that I think matters for athletes and the coaches who coach them!

Lunch & Learn Wednesday is dedicated to providing insights into the hard topics that often require introspection. I remember using my lunch period as a teacher & coach as an opportunity to advance myself personally, in peace!
