In today's Lunch & Learn we are going to talk about the "I Love Watching You Play" problem. This is a little deeper challenge than just simply having something nice to say after a game! We are losing over 60% of our athletes before they ever get to high school and it isn't that they just decided to stop playing - THEY HAD A REASON TO QUIT! Our athletes are having bad experiences and it's not just the parents and its not just the coaches - we all have a part in this play!

Lunch & Learn Wednesday is dedicated to providing insights into the hard topics that often require introspection. I remember using my lunch period as a teacher & coach as an opportunity to advance myself personally, in peace!
