Luther started his career as a Cryptologist in the US Navy as part of the NSA. His first assignment took him overseas where a Gunnery Sergeant (Marine) helped him keep priorities straight with one simple question: “Are you going to die if you don’t do that task right now?” The answer being ‘NO” has helped Luther keep life in perspective. Making millions at age 27, losing it all, and making it back taught him to adjust to adversity, learn from his mistakes and be a better leader.
