This wasn't the usual episode. This was just me, my tea cup and my thoughts. Hopefully the transparency did the job and got us all to thinking. 85% of the world's population deals with some level of low self esteem. So while we are trying to be our best to support those around us, who is pouring back into you? Self love is a foundational aspect of life too often ignored or forgotten.
