It starts with acknowledgment. Everything you have went through in your life has made you who you are today, not just the good parts. The most influential moments of the game weren't shown in the highlight reel. 

No matter what you think... or how you feel, nobody has control over your actions and decisions except for yourself. Understand that you have suffering to attend to, a mission to fight for, and a path to embrace during the darkest times, and you better have no excuses when it is all said and done.
