Drive around the streets of downtown Bellingham today and you’re likely to see at least one person who’s homeless. The population in Whatcom County who find themselves without a stable shelter has significantly changed over the last 30 years. Lydia Place, a local non-profit, has made significant strides towards addressing the issue of homelessness in our community.
