Katelyn is currently a University Recruiting Manager of Early Talent Programs at Lyft, leading their early career recruitment for their Rideshare, Transit, Bikes & Scooters organizations. She has been at Lyft for three years, and prior to that worked in recruiting for a small startup in San Francisco.She has a passion for moving the needle for I&D practices in recruiting strategies and giving students information and access to opportunities in the growing tech industry. While Courtney is the Program Manager on the Early Talent Programs Team at Lyft. She has been with Lyft for 3 years now and oversees the Internship Program Experience.
They shared what they look for in an ideal candidate, why students like interning at Lyft and the different types or roles they hire students for.
