First half hour we are going to discuss how we can learn to control and change the endless stream of lies and denials that we tell ourselves throughout our lifetime?  Learning to analyze our "mind-speak" and change our perceptions may be the key to healing.  We are going to discuss some common lies that we are telling ourselves and how we can move past the deceptions to find happiness.
