Janine Evans, MD, provides an introduction to clinical research processes, using the development of the Lyme Disease vaccine (Lymerix) as a case example. She also discusses her role in the human clinical trials for the Lyme vaccine at Yale School of Medicine from 1994-7. Yale was one of 31 medical sites in 10 states that participated in these trials.
