I talk about my friend Jeff overpack some things that I've seen him practice I can't say that I've been taught this by him but it's things that he's definitely lived in his life and so reinforced. You know I think some of the times that we don't value our friends until they're gone. He truly was a gift. In my life, and a friend. So join me this week, as I just share three things that stood out to me as who he is, as a person.
