In my latest YouTube video and podcast, I shared my experience and lessons learned from my most recent bodybuilding competition. Even though I didn't win first place, I got closer to my goal and I'm not giving up on my dream.

1. I prepped for 9 months and got in the best shape of my life for this competition, which was my second show as a pro and fifth show overall
2. I learned that you can accomplish any goal you set your mind to. It takes dedication, motivation and consistency
3. Don't listen to the naysayers - believe in yourself and your goals
4. Even when you fail, don't give up. Learn from your mistakes and keep working towards your dreams
