The commish discusses the conference as a whole, the AD's, the administrations in the M.A.C., and how lucky we are to live where we do and to work with the people we work with in these M.A.C. schools. He talks the new playoff format for football, officiating, and how we, as spectators of the game, can help young officials gain confidence to stick around for a long time by being patient and allowing them to make mistakes and learn from them. Creating a positive environment goes a long way for both student athletes and officials.
