The Mad Hatter Holiday Festival, Parade & Tree Lighting has been one of the most anticipated annual events for several years, kicking off the holiday season with the magic of Vallejo on full display. After a brief hiatus, the landmark event will finally make a triumphant return on Saturday, December 4, 2021!
