On Episode 4 of MUMHEADS, we're going to discuss the pros and cons of props in the Philadelphia Mummers Parade. Some say there's too much, some say there's not enough. It's a battle for a creative edge in front of the judges. We'll give you our take, as well as provide some Mum Trivia, Mum History, and play some Mum Tunes.
