If you feel anxious and overwhelmed, this episode is for you.Whether it's big decisions, juggling responsibilities, uncertainty, or worry about health, money or relationships, anxiety can steal your sleep and your focus. The Lord doesn't want you to stay there. He invites you to bring it to Him because He cares for you.
In this episode I share a simple framework from Philippians 4:6-8 that helped me pray through a recent moment of overwhelm.
We cover what to do before you pray, how to talk to God about it, the power of giving thanks, how to be still and receive His peace, and how to guard your heart and mind afterward.
In this episode I share what 1 Kings 19 teaches us about resting without guilt so you can gain clarity and focus. Elijah came off a huge victory and ended up exhausted and asking to die, and God didn't rebuke him. He gave him food and let him sleep. If you've been saying "I can't be bothered" or "I just want to be alone", you might not want to give up. You might just be exhausted.

What if the very words you keep speaking are revealing the beliefs that are keeping you stuck?
In this episode, I'm unpacking 4 common phrases that often reveal limiting beliefs about ourselves, God, failure, worth, and what's possible. Sometimes our speech exposes the very mindsets that are causing stagnancy in our lives.
Together, we'll challenge the beliefs behind these statements and discuss how taking action creates new evidence, which helps build new beliefs. If you've ever felt stuck, held back by fear, overthinking, self-doubt, or limiting beliefs, this episode is for you.
