In conversation with SA’s one and only water sommelier Candice Jansen
South Africa has exactly one of these professionals and its out guest for this evening, Candice Jansen. Candice received her certification from the Fine Water Society. Just as much as doctors start off as general practitioners and then specialise, Jansen also went on to further train in the US with the Fine Water Academy, run by two of the world’s most (relatively) famous water sommeliers, Michael Mascha and Martin Riese.
