After losing 100 pounds I stumbled into Spartan obstacle course racing and became a competitive athlete. I am passionate about living a healthy active lifestyle and sharing my journey and knowledge in hopes of motivating others. I started racing in the open heat, then moved to age group, and I am now heading into the 2022 season racing elite.This podcast is a place for women in OCR to come for all things OCR.
