This week, Robby gets to know 5* Eventer Madeline Backus. Madeline comes to us from her farm in Colorado. Madeline shares her story of growing up with horses since her mom was an Eventer turned Grad Prix Dressage rider. In 2017, she competed her first 5* with her horse P.S. Arianna and then was granted the Wilton Fair Grant and the Rebecca Broussard National Developing Rider Grant which allowed her to take two of her horses to England for 6 months. Madeline is now based in Colorado and recently received her USEA ECP Level I Eventing Instructor Certification. We hope you enjoy getting to know Madeline as much as we did!
