Madeline Soto was just 13 years old when she was reported missing on Monday, February 26, 2024. Her body was found on March 1st in a bamboo tree grove 22 miles from home. Stephan Sterns, Maddie's mother, Jenn Soto's, on-again, off-again boyfriend, was eventually arrested and charged with both SAing Maddie for years and for taking her life.

In today's video, we'll look at the possibility that Stephan Sterns' traumatic brain injury, or TBI, stunted his near development, resulting in a not fully functioning adult who craved "closeness" with a child.
