It's time once again to check in with Frank "The Madman of Snap City" Einstein as we look at The Superman/Madman Hullabaloo #3.
Superman and Madman have swapped powers. Angry, hyper-powered feminists have taken over City Hall. The streets are full of hungry zombies. There's only one fella' who could create these problems, and it's up to Superman and Madman to put an end to his escapades! But how . . . ? Mike Allred turns his talents toward comics greatest superhero in the conclusion to this three-issue crossover! Co-published with DC Comics.
