MADRE is a sound documentary dedicated to all women. Dedicated to the aunts, to the grandmothers ... to all the mothers. But especially, to the mother that we have each of the human beings: Our Mother Earth.

For this piece, we interviewed around 300 people from different social strata, countries of origin, different languages and ages in different geographic locations of the planet; all of them were recorded answering the 5 same questions after a brief personal presentation.

Based on each of the answers, of the more than 300 people, a great sound edition was made, combining all the answers, naturally expressed in their own native languages from different countries of the world, in conjunction with the main story.

The sound illustrations, the "Sound Fx" were 100% original recorded especially for this Documentary with Binaural Microphones in a portable way with a Dummy Head and they were also captured in different cities visited during trips made between 2017 and 2018.

All the voices of this documentary are ORIGINAL and were recorded between 2017 and 2018 in trips made to the following cities: Barcelona (Spain), Bogotá (Colombia), Buenos Aires (Argentina), Cartagena (Colombia), Colonia (Uruguay), Humahuaca (Argentina), London (UK) Melbourne (Australia), Paris (France), Positano (Italy), Purmamarca (Argentina), Santa Marta (Colombia), Santiago de Chile (Chile), Sydney (Australia), Tilcara (Argentina), Viña Del Mar (Chile), York (UK).

The interviews were NOT recorded remotely, they were recorded in their ORIGINAL CITY, because we believe that this contributes with a preponderant value and naturalness to the content of the Documentary.

As we said before, all Background Sound or Sound Fx, are also ORGINAL and were recorded between 2017 and 2018 in trips made to the following cities of: Humahuaca (Argentina), Liverpool (UK), London (UK) New York (USA), Paris (France), Purmamarca (Argentina), Rome (Italy), Salinas Grandes (Argentina), Tilcara (Argentina), Tulum (Mexico) and York (UK).
