Over the past two years, guitarists Monching Carpio and Adrik Cristobal have steadily cultivated their online presence, while pursuing different paths. Now the two come together as they return to in-person performance at the Yuchengco Museum. Ahead of that event—entitled Serenata Española—Carpio and Cristobal joined DZFE’s Daniel to talk about the Spanish music they will be presenting, the reasons behind their collaboration, and some of their in-person performances heralded by Serenata Española.
