Giuseppe Guttadauro, was the head physician of the Civic hospital in Palermo, was arrested with his son during the nighttime raid. He served as a top Mafia boss related to the fugitive Matteo Massimo Denaro who has been on the run since 1993. Demaro is believed to be the Boss of Bosses in Sicily.
