At a young age, Francis Bueckert loved his time in Ecuador and wanted to start a coffee business in Ottawa. He talks about his origin story on how he got started and how his family business has dealt with the outbreak.  Francis briefly touches upon the different impacts on human behaviour with social distancing while running a business and Canada's abruptly role in the Ecuadorian Andes.  (*Recorded June 22nd 2020*)
