For this week's episode we watched Magic Knight Rayearth, episodes 7-9! A Shoujo, magical-girl anime, that's also an isekai of sorts, and supposedly turns into a mech-anime too, so it's got it all! Hikaru Shidou, Umi Ryuuzaki, and Fuu Hououji are strangers brought together by fate when they meet during a seemingly normal field trip to Tokyo Tower. The trio fight their way to save the world of Cephiro!

The show ran from 1994 to 1995 and was made by Tokyo Movie Shinsha, who have produced Akira, Lupin, Detective Conan, and many more late 80s early 90s anime.
