In this episode, my guest Paulo, a spiritual guide and ceremonies facilitator, guides the participants through the journey of a full magic mushroom ceremony. The ceremony begins with using Rappé, a sacred tobacco snuff, which helps ground participants and prepare them for the experience. The facilitator explains what Rappé is and its role in this deeply spiritual process.
The full ceremony lasted around 6 hours, but this video has been edited to include the highlights, shortening it to 2 hours while preserving the essence of the experience.
For the sake of privacy and to honor the sensitive and personal nature of the ceremony, no participants are filmed. During the ceremony, one or two doses of mushrooms were taken, depending on the wishes of the participants, allowing for a profound connection with oneself and the surrounding energy.
Music played a vital role in guiding the experience, with a variety of instruments and heartfelt vocals setting the tone and holding space for the group.
The ceremony concluded with a sharing circle, where participants reflected on their journey. While this moment is not shown due to its intimate nature, it remains an essential part of the process, fostering connection and integration.
