Often what is most triggering to us is also what most inspires us. When something manages to bring up an internal issue, it is a creative call to explore what is hidden within, and move forward more freely. In the expansion of consciousness, there are pushes and pulls. Pushes are discomforts, anger, and destruction. Pulls are inspiration, desire, and hope. These two forces move in the same direction. If you follow the flow right, you move synchronously with these waves. Journaling prompts:What makes me most uncomfortable to think of, and what feels scary to do?What thoughts have I had recently that keep repeating in my head? Are they fixated on any specific situation or person?Am I comfortable with the way I respond to discomfort?What really triggers me, and why?What tends to inspire me on a day to day basis? If a specific artwork or person inspires me, can I isolate those traits that I am drawn to, and see how they are mirrored in me? What are five actions I can take toward my inspiration?
