More on the uses of chickweed, a continuous reminder of how we have so much bounty around us and also an ask to look closely. I have never done anything that exciting with chickweed although upon reflection I might preserve it in vinegar or wine, all old school ways of preserving mineral rich herbs. You can totally add it to pestos etc, however I have always found it most beneficial to simply stand in the field and eat it like a horse.
