I seem to go in and out of these phases where I remember who the fuck I am and then I forget again LMAO I think some of you all just maybe can relate. I have to always come back to this KNOWING that no matter what I face today that EVERYTHING is figure-out-able. That affirmation has been saving my life in the moments where I feel completely overwhelmed with life stuff and whatever the fuck is going on in the world. Today I'm talking about deconstructing a reality. Why I love deconstruction and just the basic and beginning of this beautiful topic.

Growing up in a fundamentalist cult is so fun ESPECIALLY when you believe it a thousand percent. My body decided to remind me today after I asked the question, "do I have a belief around persecution?" I decided to do a dive on my bodies beliefs around being persecuted and this episode is a little snippet of that. I share some of this because I find it incredibly helpful to hear other peoples stories around leaving the faith and how much trauma was placed on them and how they deal with it. This healing journey is no joke but I'm here to dismantle some shit. I'm so grateful for the amazing wonder that is the human body and for the ways in which I'm learning to communicate with it. Beliefs are funny things and we definitely need to check in with our beliefs and if they are still valid to our current reality anymore or not.

I didn't think my Saturn return was really that BIG when really, it was a huge shift for me. It was like I was going down one road one way and my Saturn return was like a fork in the road. Which way do I choose? Do I continue going down the road of following my fears and running away from them or do I decide to start facing my fears and going down that road? I decided to start stepping up to the plate of my fears and it's been getting deeper and deeper ever freaking since!
