This inaugural episode of the Magister’s Guide to the Classical World (MGCW) series is really three short lessons packed into one. I, for one, find the relationships between languages extremely fascinating, but I have suspicions that some listeners might not want three episodes in a row of them. After all, the next fifteen episodes in the MGCW series will be about Greek mythology, and does anybody want to put that off? I know I don’t.
