He invited me to Denmark for a conference about my career, and now it is his turn to share his knowledge with us. I welcome Magnus Mallander! He may be very young, but listening to him you can tell he has a wealth of knowledge and a passion for the sport that he shares with great intelligence.  Someone described him as a person who thinks 'outside the box'. He's the Danish national coach (woman and juniors) and he talks about his mission and his dedication to helping players grow by focusing on who they are as individuals, but also about the challenging lifestyle of coaches and the difficulties he's faced. We also discuss his plan to get more players involved in the sport and the art of sharing the experience with everyone.
