Magpies Gifts first opened its doors in 1983 when sisters Maggie and "Lexie" set up shop at 906 Oakley, a Montrose Area 4-plex. Daughter and current co-owner, Megan Beauchamp, joins the podcast today to share the story of Magpies Gifts, her experience growing up in a family retail business and carrying that family business forward. 

Today, Magpies Gifts operates in two Houston area locations: Bellaire & Sugar Land.
