Hi everyone,   I hope you're all doing well. This episode is about the difficulties of long distance relationships and how to make them work.   We've been long distance for six months and it's been really tough. There are a few things we've found to be really helpful.   First of all, make sure you're communicating. It's really important that you're talking to each other as much as possible to make sure your relationship is strong.   Another thing we've found to be really helpful is spending time together. It's been really tough to be apart from each other, but spending time together has really helped strengthen our bond.   Don't forget to take care of yourselves. Long distance relationships are hard enough as it is, so make sure you're taking care of yourself mentally and physically.   I hope these tips help you out. Thanks for listening!

What is support to you? How do you show your support for someone? Support can be many different things and there is so many ways to show that you can express your support. I've been thinking about this topic lately because it is something that I have been bothered with for a while.... in this episode I want to express my opinions and reasons people may not support you and also what I think support is. This episode I just wanted to talk about long distance relationships and how difficult they really are. I didn't realize until Ive been away from my girlfriend for so long and how much of a toll it has taken on both of us. Like nit having someone there physically for you is so much different because the connection is not as deep as it could be. I go more into detail about it in this podcast

Social media has had a big effect on society in the past decade. it has had some positive effects and with that comes negative effects too. I feel as if the negative effects out weigh the positive effects. This episode we dive deep into social media and its effects that we have seen it have on todays society and how it has reshaped the world we live in. Like social media hasn't always been a big thing for me growing up especially when I was a little kid. I was more outside than online watch videos and tiktok. I think social media is going to really effect this next generation of kids the most considered the are starting with all this advanced technology from the time we are born.
