The first chapter of the Charlotte saga, a strange little punky number with a Led Zeppelinesque breakdown and lyrics of a misfortunate love affair - comes around as the first number of the self-titled debut. With the drums in the chorus basically only snare-hits it does have a type of link to this week’s other tune - "Childhood's End" - in which the chorus’s foundation is a smattering tom-pattern.
