The main draw kicked off today with many Brits taking the stage at the Lexus Wrexham Open. But before all of the tennis started, Rose went along to the Business Leaders Breakfast at the Ramada Plaza Wrexham to hear some of the inspiring speeches. This included Oli Patrick, host of the Energy Equation Podcast - part of the High Performance Podcast Group - who gave an engaging speech about improving our wellbeing.

A full packed day at the Wrexham Tennis and Padel Centre followed so we chatted to commentator Alex Hyman to hear his thoughts on the first day of the main draw.

Lastly, we spoke to Mimi Xu following her first round doubles match win and she showed her appreciation of playing in front of a home crowd.
