Without the exposure of schoolboy rugby, many matrics of 2020 find themselves without a clear path towards their dream of playing professional rugby. This is a golden opportunity for rugby clubs in SA to bring in young talented players when normally they would not be able to, but only if they can create a clear pathway towards professional rugby via the club structures.  Dr Dup and Jason discuss the options that clubs can take to accommodate all the talented players at risk of being lost.
