Sometimes moving forward can seem detrimental after mourning from a loss. But where's that going to get you? Life can still be full of taste, touch, seeing, smelling, and feeling. There's always an imbalance if there's too much of anything. What matter's most is what's going on in your mind. Maintaining a healthy mental mind is something we all need to master. These are just some of the few suggestions that I like in maintaining mine. I hope it will help you too.
