How do you keep cheerful and not lose courage?
One practice I recommend is booking a weekly appointment with yourself for 15 minutes, where you get to do a quick assessment of how your business (or career or life) are doing.
Action: book an appointment with yourself now. (I do mine at 9 am on Fridays).
What did I get done this week?
What went according to plan?
What could I have done better?
What lessons have I learned from that?
How has this last week helped me build a legacy that others will appreciate?
What do I think the long-term effect of this week is?
How do I feel about this week? Am I happy? Am I really optimistic about the future of this business? Am I pessimistic?
