The stress, anxiety, & mounting pressure of the holiday season can be a real killjoy. I want to help you make a joyful shift so it can truly be the most wonderful time of the year!

Start by maintaining the good habits you have year round, like keeping your day as structured as possible. That satisfies our innate human need for certainty & will help you stay sane through visits with family or time off from work.

The same goes for our health & fitness routine. When the sugar plum fairy leads you to a tower of sugar cookies, ask yourself if you’re really hungry. Staying hydrated keeps you from overindulging too. Make your own electrolyte water!

I’m also giving you some meaningful ways to connect with loved ones. Writing a family mission statement gets the kids involved & creates a sense of unity. Or haul out the craft supplies & make a gratitude tree.

The holidays do not need to bring an expanded waistline, dwindling patience, & an overall lack of joy in our hearts. Here’s how to stay healthy & happy through the new year!
