Today Iris and I explored some of the reasons the Major and Minor arcana (Trumps and Pips) have been separated by tarot readers.  We discussed how "the Journey of the Fool" came about and how it does not apply to everyday life and valid readings for an average client. We also explored how the trumps are made out to be so much more important than the pips.
