A review of the Manorhamilton Road outside Drumshanbo is to take place.

It's in the wake of major safety concerns along the route, particularly just before the Mahanagh/Blackrock crossroads.

It's claimed that several motorists have been carrying out dangerous overtaking in the area with fears that a serious collision is imminent.
