Self-improvement is great, but sometimes the way that we think about self-improvement can have painful; even fatal consequences.  

At this recording, the new year was just a few days away.  Tonya GJ Prince reflects on the mistakes we make on our journey towards self-improvement.  She touches on her own experience with suicidal ideation during the holiday season and what thinking errors led her to the brink of despair.  Tonya's thoughts were with people who may be struggling with sadness, depression, and negative thoughts this holiday season.
