In this episode I talk about building heathy habits, it takes 21 days so let’s make this new year rock!
1. Healthy eating (use my fitness pal to track what you’re consuming)
2. Exercise (get your body moving in any way)
3. Establish a routine (morning routine and night routines ensure you have a positive start and end to your day)
Holiday season is a beautiful and comforting time so make sure to release any dead toxic weight
Let’s finish off the year strong
Clean your bedroom and living spaces and donate anything you’re not using
Have a safe space to be in solitude
For example:
Bedroom
Bathroom (bath tub)
Car
Garage
Library
Coffee shops
Beach
Forest
Have a journal that is all yours and practice automatic writing, it is so therapeutic
Thrive and feel beautiful
Take a break from social media
Get to know yourself and spend time with family and friends
Release fears and dream so big it scares but excites you
Shadow work is crucial! Before the new year work through any pain points to be at one with yourself
Relax and enjoy your life!
