We all make decisions every day but sometimes we don't take action on those decisions that we make. I know that some of us still have fear of making a decision and actually make it work as you know your mind is always going to play games with you so you make sure that you take control of your mind and all the decisions that you make even if they don't go as you thought they will, but at least you took the action to make it happen. Just do it and if you are not ready than write them down and put a day and time when that decision is going to be ready and you run with it.
