We all have "to do" lists. I have several all over the place on post-its and what have you. But here's a new one, for me at least, make a "to don't" list. Things that don't serve you, aren't worth doing, or things that just don't bring you joy. Just don't do it! Don't go to that party where you don't know anyone and you're tired. Don't send out Christmas cards to people you no longer are close to or who don't bother to tell you they have moved. Take them off the list. Don't sign up for something you feel obligated to do, only volunteer for something you love or makes a real difference to someone you care about. THEN, focus on the shorter to do list, after you have trimmed off the things you won't do. Good luck! I am trying this with you. Cheers!
