Make A Wish Central New York has been granting wishes for children with critical illnesses for the last 40 years! And to celebrate, every Wednesday for 40 weeks, we are sharing a little bit about what makes Make A Wish Central New York so special.  Bill and his wife Beth lost their daughter Heather to cancer. But he says their memories of the wish that she was granted will be with them forever.
